General Business Obligations

The following General Business Obligations apply to photoworkshops and photowalks:

§1 Photoworkshop and photowalk content
The content of the event is derived from the event description posted on the website www.fotoworkshops-frankfurt.de.

§2 Registration for photoworkshops and photowalks
After booking, the participant will receive an email booking confirmation from me. The registration fee is payable immediately without deductions.

§3 Legal Right of cancellation for photoworkshops und photowalks
The participant can cancel his registration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (E.g. letter, email). The time limit begins after receipt of the booking confirmation email, but not before the conclusion of the contract or before the fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with § 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1) and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations under § 312g (1), first sentence, BGB Article 246 § 3 of the ETGB. In order to respect the revocation period, the timely sending of the revocation is sufficient.

The cost of already purchased tickets will not be refunded and will be deducted from the refunded event price.

The participant has the opportunity at any time to nominate a substitute participant for an event he or she is not able to attend.

I reserve the right to cancel an event at short notice if the minimum number of participants is not reached according to the performance description, I or any other trainer is prevented by illness or accident and no suitable replacement trainer is available at outdoor events in bad weather or other cases. The participant will then receive the entry fee back without deductions, but is not entitled to any reimbursement of any transportation or accommodation costs.

§4 Payment
PayPal is used as a Payment Service Provider for processing payments (direct debit SEPA, Instant Transfer, PayPal and credit card).

§5 Liability of the organizer for photoworkshops and photowalks
Participation in the events is at your own risk. It is expressly stated that as the organizer in the event of accidents during or on the way to or from the events will be exempted from any claims. No liability can be accepted for equipment or wardrobe either.

§6 Privacy
PayPal is used as a Payment Service Provider for processing payments. For this purpose, PayPal needs certain, including personal Information from you. This is your name and address, account number and bank code or credit card number (including validity period), invoice amount and currency, and the transaction number. PayPal may use this information for payment processing purposes and pass it on to me. It is obliged to treat the information in accordance with German Data protection laws.

§7 Salvatorisch Clause
Verbal side agreements have not been made. Contract changes require written form. Should a provision of this agreement be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by another which is effective and which, by the content and purpose of the invalid condition, comes closest to the content and purpose of the invalid condition, to the extent permitted by law.
